We got a king room here, and it was really affordable. the view from the room was great 🌆. Having hair dryers and bath sheets included was a nice touch.

They offer cozy, amazingly comfortable rooms with a clean shared bathroom and double bed, as for instance...

the room with a nice view. the hotel has particularly good and great location adjacent to many supermarkets, madrid, el escorial, aranjuez and toledo and the metro stations. furthermore, near to a metro station.

The room was nice and the bathroom was clean.

it is simple but effective for a short stay to visit the centre of Madrid. Walking distance to everything you need, including Atosha station where you travel to Airport. No services offered, but a lot of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Shared bathroom details were not clearly disclosed when making the reservation. The room smelled like cigarerette smoke and the sheets were dirty and the mattress had a stein of blood that was disgusting. After that nothing could be worse. I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy. En la descripcion del hotel o la habitacion nunca mencionan que el baño es compartido y estos estan super sucios. Ademas la habitacion olia a tabaco y las sabanas estaban sucias cuando las fuimos a quitar habia una mancha de sangre asquerosa en el colchon. Ha sido la peor experiencia en un hostal. No lo recomiendo ni a mi pero enemigo .

We had a comfortable stay with respectful staff, big rooms, and a clean shared bathroom, all contributing to a good experience.

I chose hotel because on Booked.net, they listed "Airport shuttle" as one of the featured services. They did not have one. I was simply given directions to the city bus that takes you to the city center. You then have to switch buses then get off and walk quite some way to hotel. None of this was disclosed to me. I did not have a map upon arrival to airport so finding correct buses and directions to hotel was tiresome and stressful. When I got there it was late. They were not accepting credit cards though the site said they did and I had no cash. They made me go out and find atm in a city I didn't know, by myself. When I left, I was advised to take underground shuttle. It was still a change of three trains to get to airport. I only needed a convenient place to sleep while waiting on a flight the next day. They need to advise their booking guests that they do not actually provide a shuttle as advertised.

Funny little hostel - very bassic and run very cheaply. No kitchen or area to make a cup of tea etc.

Good price, small bed for two, near attractions and supermarkets. Renovated bathrooms, attentive staff, occupied fridge. Clean shared toilets, 24-hour reception. Close to metro, room had a sink. Excellent location, close to Plaza Mayor. Friendly staff, secure luggage storage. Heated room, clean sheets and comfortable bed. Hot water, toiletries provided, daily housekeeping. No bad smells in room or bathroom.

The staff was nice and that is the only good thing I can say about Numancia.

The value for money at this hotel is great, with affordable prices and a decent room. The location is convenient, close to sightseeing spots and supermarkets. The staff were friendly and the renovated bathrooms were nice. it's a good option for budget travelers.

Nice and very helpful staff. Exellent location: in the very center of downtown 5 min. From Sol, 10 min. From Plaza Mayor, close to the Metro entrence - 100 M. (It is important if you have heavy bag and suitcase). 24 h reception and free Wi-Fi.

Bathrooms. They needs refreshment.
